DIVAS Abundant Life Ministry

DIVAS Abundant Life Ministry

Abundant Life Branch is sponsored by D.I.V.A.S International.

The term "Abundant Life Ministry" comes from the Bible verse John 10:10b, "I come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly."  "Abundant Life" refers to life in its abounding fullness of joy and strength for mind, body, and soul. "Abundant life" signifies a contrast to feelings of emptiness, and dissatisfaction, and such feelings may motivate a person to seek the meaning of life and a change in their life.

D.I.V.A.S Abundant-Life ministry commitment is reflected in its faith base services by celebrating an annual breakfast with Pastors to encourage the collaboration among members, in order to join forces to continue working    together to serve others.

An example of an Abundant-Life Ministry Pastor and Missionaries can be the administrator or forming of a church.

The Abundant-Life ministry will provide Spiritual support to members or non-members, embracing diversity and fostering the unification of cultures. “Sufficient amount of time should be set aside for accessibility to members of the church via appointments or house calls” to provide leadership for implementing community outreach programs and evangelism to make the difference in the community.

It’s necessity to have strong interpersonal skills, passion for ministry care, and effectiveness of personal evangelism. It’s necessary to work to help the weak and  remember that it is more blessed to give than to receive. Volunteering can also help you build upon skills you already have and use them to benefit the greater community. You can raise awareness for your favorite cause as a volunteer advocate, while further developing and improving your public speaking, communication, and marketing skills.
